STEP 1 - Identify Damage

After a large storm, or even everyday wear-and-tear from Texas living, it’s important to step outside and check if you notice any roofing damage. Missing shingles, dinted gutters, and hail impacts can all lead to leaks.

Not sure if you have damage? Call us at Advantage Roofing for a free inspection!

STEP 2 - Call Your Insurance

After you’ve assessed the damage, you’ll need to make a claim with your insurance provider. This part only takes a few minutes! At this point pre-selecting a contractor will be your best and most efficient route. Here at Advantage Roofing, we will work directly with your insurance to maximize the quality of roof you receive, for just the cost of your deductible.

When talking with your insurance company simply say, “I’m working with Advantage Construction Services”.

This allows us to meet with the assessor and submit our evidence for your claim directly!

Step 3 - Quote the Damage

Next we’ll meet the Assessor to maximize your chance to get your WHOLE roof covered.

Although it’s not common, the insurance company may suggest proceeding with only a partial replacement.

This isn’t necessary, as it still voids the roofs warranty, and repairs won’t last nearly as long as a full replacement

No matter what you still will only pay your deductible for the replacement.

Step 4 - Order the Materials

After you’ve received payment from the insurance we’ll ask for 50% (Plus your deductible) to order the materials.

Please allow for ideally 1 week for delivery after you’ve sent us payment. However in busy and stormy seasons these times do vary.

We’ll make sure to communicate with you to set the best construction day for you.

Step 4 - Replace The Roof

For example if you receive (Example: $20,000) You would give us your deductible (Ex:$2,000) and 50% of the rest (Ex:$9,000) before we order materials.

Most roofs only take our team
1 day to complete, but we will collect the final payment on the final construction day (Ex: $9,000).

This means in total you only payed your deductible to pay for the entire $20,000 of
work.

Step 5 - Follow Up

After your roof is complete, we do a final assessment, as well as maintain contact throughout the next 3 years. While rare, sometimes seals and tools fail. We will fully cover any leaks or craftsmanship flaws filed for up to 3 years.
